The online driver improvement program was designed for our more non conventional clients i.e. working parents, people who do not work conventional hours, or people who simply do not wish to sit in a classroom to complete a course.

Drug and Alcohol

Individuals who hold an out- of- country license are required to successfully complete a vision test, and an MVA approved three-hour alcohol and drug education program in order to convert their license to a Maryland license.
