Advance Driving Academy offers the Alcohol and Drug Education Program (ADEP). This course is required by MVA for drivers who have a valid driver’s license in another country. This class is held for three hours. This course will enable the driver to convert his/her license from an out of country license to a Maryland State Driver’s license. Once the driver has completed the course a certificate will be provided verifying completion. You will then be able to use this certificate in conjunction with the other MVA requirements to have your license transferred. The cost is $75.00. Cash payment is due at the time of class.
